Five stops, one continuous build.
No black box in the middle — here's exactly what happens at each stage, and what we need from you to keep it moving.
Discover
We map the business, the users and the real constraints before a line of code gets written.
Design
Wireframes and interfaces built around how the product will actually get used day to day.
Develop
Built on whichever of Laravel, React, Node or Flutter fits the job — backed by proper version control and review.
Deploy
Servers, CI, and store submissions — Play Store and App Store — handled end to end, not left for you to figure out.
Support
We stay on after launch: monitoring, fixes, and scoping whatever the next iteration needs.
What each stage actually needs from you.
The technical work is ours. Here's the part that depends on you, so nothing stalls waiting on either side.
01 · Discover
A call or a written brief — whatever's easier for you. We ask about the business itself, not just the feature list, because the two often diverge.
- Roughly 30–60 minutes of your time, once
- Access to anything existing — old site, current process, spreadsheets you're replacing
02 · Design
We share wireframes and screens before touching final code, so changes are cheap while they're still just layout.
- Feedback on 1–2 rounds of screens
- Brand assets if you have them — logo, colours, photos
03 · Develop
This is the quiet stage — you'll get periodic check-ins rather than daily noise, with a staging link to watch progress whenever you want.
- A staging link to review as we go
- Content — copy, product data, prices — as it's ready
04 · Deploy
We handle hosting, domains and store submissions. If you already have a domain or hosting account, we just need access.
- Domain/DNS access if you already own one
- A Google Play / Apple Developer account, for app projects
How long does this actually take?
It depends entirely on scope — a focused business site moves faster than a multi-role portal or a store with a large catalogue. We'll give you a real timeline once we've scoped the actual work in the Discover stage, not a generic range that doesn't hold up.
Yes — tell us the date up front and we'll scope what's realistically achievable by then, rather than overcommitting and missing it.
Small adjustments are normal and expected. Larger scope changes get discussed openly — what it adds to the timeline, and whether it's worth doing now or after launch.
Yes, on request — just mention it when you reach out and we'll sort the paperwork before any details are shared.
